Adonis Siga and Shaylan Roy-Williams win Big 8 Track and Field Athlete of the Month

Women’s Track Athlete of the Month
Shaylan Roy-Williams – Modesto Junior College
Roy-Williams had an exceptional month of March, establishing herself as one of the top sprinters in the state. She currently leads California in the 100m with a blazing 11.59, while also ranking 2nd in the state in the 200m (24.00) and 4th in the 400m (55.94). Her range and consistency across sprint events have been instrumental in Modesto’s early-season success.

Men’s Track Athlete of the Month
Adonis Siga – San Joaquin Delta College
Siga delivered a standout performance at the Cal Berkeley Invitational (April 21), running a personal best of 52.61 in the 400m hurdles, which currently ranks #1 in the state. His performance places him among the top competitors in California and highlights his continued progression this season.
